Ergoplanning is the joint representative of the members of the Operational Group. He has undertaken the establishment, organization, support of the Operational Group, the control of its operation and the overall management-coordination of the project and the deliverables. Participates in the design and coordination of pilot applications, deliverables, evaluation of results, definition of best practices.

Questionnaire creation, pilot cultivation plan (training, supervision), data evaluation (field, and quality characteristics with the necessary laboratory analyses), statistical analysis of results, optimization of OGP protocol, Descriptive protocol of EO cultivated oregano, dissemination of results – participation in workshops , conferences, educational materials.

Conducting laboratory analyzes at field and product level. Participate in piloting, sample collection, evaluation of results and definition of best practices.
